摘要
应用蒙特卡洛技术模拟了钢的静态再结晶及晶粒长大过程,模拟假设这一过程是各向同性形核且为饱和形核,并考虑了晶粒不同储存能(H/J=5和H/J=3)条件下的形核机制,模拟结果和理论预测相吻合。
A Monte Carol computer simulation technique has applied to the problem of static recrystallization. The process is modeled under conditions where nucleation occurs homogeneously and necleation rate is chosen as site saturated. The energy stored in nucleus is varied with H/J. The resuit is agreed with theory prediction.
