摘要
采用直接分化再生系统为转化受体系统,通过农杆菌介导将GUS基因导入亚麻品种双亚五号和双亚七号的下胚轴段中,经过不到两个月的时间即获得再生苗。GUS检测显示,转化率分别达到9.1(%双亚五号)和4.45(%双亚七号),大大缩短遗传转化所需时间,为亚麻转基因育种提供了一条快捷的途径。
A Transformation System of shoot dfferentiate directly from blastostyle was developed using Agrobactefium tumefaciens-mediated gene delivery. The gus gene was transformed into flax blastostyle (including variety Shuangya5 and ShuangYa7),and transgenic plant was obtained in not enough two months. The results confirmed that the gus gene was expressed successfully in the leaves of regeneration plant. The frequency transformation was separately 9.1% (ShuangYa5)and 4.45%(ShuangYa7).The transgenic acceptor system will shorten the length of transformation time,provide a fast way for flax transgenic breeding.
