三个枣树品种组织培养的比较研究

Comparative Study of Zizyphus jujuba Tissue Culture in Three Varieties

以山西名枣——交城骏枣、太谷壶瓶枣和稷山板枣为试材,研究了在不同外源激素配比及不同培养条件下再生植株的适宜培养基和培养条件,结果表明,BA和IBA配比的MS培养基有利于骏枣和壶瓶枣分化,BA和IAA配比则对板枣分化有利,试管苗生根以IBA效果较好。

The experiment studied the techniques of test-tube seedlings tissue culture rapid propagation in three varieties of Zizyphus jujuba Mill. The optimal culture medium and conditions for plantlet regeneration had been selected under the variant hormones combinations and culture conditions. The results are as follow：Supplements of BA and IBA attached to MS medium were suitable for the differentiation of Junzao and Hupingzao,MS medium supplied with BA and IAA was beneficial to the differentiation of Banzao, IBA had a good result on raising root culture.
