摘要
FPGA正在迅速向更先进工艺、更大容量发展,工程应用中对FPGA设计的稳定性、可靠性、可继承性和低成本性提出了更高的要求。就FPGA设计中的时钟管理、模块化设计和测试通道3个重要问题进行了探讨,讨论了设计中应该注意避免和解决的问题,并给出了优化设计和方便测试的方法和原则。最后给出了一个设计实例并做了总结。
FPGA with more advanced technics and larger capacity is developing quickly. Demand for FPGA design with better stability, reliability, inherited factor and low cost capability is needed in application. In this article problems with managing clock, designing in modules and creating test channels are discussed. Then problems which should be avoided and pre-solved are discussed ; methods and principles in optimized-design and easy-test are presented. At last a FPGA instance is described.
