摘要
锅炉用火管产生坑蚀,是由于火管冷滚压槽时产生的残余应力与组织缺陷,在腐蚀介质作用下发生的应力选择腐蚀。通过试验研究与分析认为可以通过完全退火处理来预防。
Pitting corrosion found on the fire tube surface of boiler is the reason for producing the residual stress and structure defect when the fire rubes were formed by cold roiling,and this will result the stress corrosion under the corrosive medium action. Based on test - researching and analyzing, it is shown that the stress corrosion of boiler fire-tubes car. be prevented by full annealing.
