摘要
在模拟控制带极堆焊机研制的基础上,开展了新型微机控制带极自动堆焊机的研制工作。介绍了这种焊机的组成和工作原理,研究结果表明:新研制的带极自动堆焊机输出电压稳定、调节范围宽、网压波动补偿能力强,保护性能可靠、焊机自动化程度高。满足了高速带极堆焊和带极电渣堆焊法对焊机提出的性能要求。能够获得高质量的堆焊焊道。
Based on the study on the analogously controlled power source for strip surfacing, a newmicrocrocomputer controlled automatic welding machine is developed for strip surfacing. The configurahon andworking principle of the machine is introduced and working principle of the machine is intreduced in thispaper. The experimental results show that the machine features its stable output voltage, wide rangs ofvoltage adjusrnent. Very strong conpensation ability of pewer source, reliable protection, and highautotnaticity. It meets the requirements Presented by the electro-slag surfacing (ESW) and the high speedsurfacing (HSW) and provides a good weld quality.
