摘要 根据冷顶电熔窑电极冷却水处理工艺和冷却要求,以可编程序逻辑控制器(PLC)为核心结合变频器、触摸屏、数字PID调节技术,运用组态软件,设计了控制系统。该系统以组态软件为平台,将3者整合为一体并实现了它们之间的通讯,运用PID技术进行恒压控制,使系统具有更高的稳定性和可靠性。仿真结果表明:该系统能有效控制水处理系统,并保证电极出水压力的恒定,且系统人机界面友好、操作和调试方便、可进行远程监控。 According to the water treatment process of cold electric-melting furnace and the request of cooling, a control system was proposed which was related to the transducer, touch screen and digital PID control technology based on programmable logic controller (PLC) , by using configuration software. The transducer, touch screen and digital PID control technology were integrated on the platform of configuration software, and the communication of each other was realized, and the higher stability and reliability were obtained by constant pressure control, using PID control technology. The simulation result shows that the system is reliable in controlling the water treatment system, ensures the output water pressure of electrode constant, and has a convenient human-computer interface, easy to be operated as well as monitored remotely.
