摘要
给出了浙江大学网络实验室中基于Internet的电力电子实验系统的硬件设计和实现方法。介绍了网络实验室的整体构架和原理。同时对电力电子实验系统的各功能模块给予了详细的说明,并详细介绍了设计原理和器件性能。对交流调压电路,功率场效应管(MOSFET)和绝缘栅双极型晶体管(IGBT)电路进行了深入地研究,详细分析了信号采集和信号处理以及数字滤波的软、硬件功能模块。同时与传统实验进行了比较,充分展现出了网络实验室的优点。
The design and implementation of the hardware of the power electronic experimental system based on Internet at zhejiang university netlab were presented. The expatiation to the design of the netlab was described. Also the expatiation to the control function and design of the system was given. The principle of the design and the performance of the components were explained in detail. The circuit of the power conversion, the circuit of metal-oxide-semiconductor field effect transistor (MOSFET) and insulated gate bipolar transistor (IGBT) were all studied deeply, the software and hardware of the signal acquisition and digital filtration were analyzed. The netlab has much more advantage compared with the traditional experiments.
