金厂沟梁金矿碎炭回收与处理小型试验

摘要 根据金厂沟梁金矿碎炭特点,研究采用制团-焙烧-浸出工艺回收其中的金.试验结果表明,在一定配比条件下干800℃焙烧24h,可使金最终浸出率大于90%,从而有效回收碎炭中的贵金属. According to the characteristics of the waste gold loaded activated carbon produced from Jinchangguoliang Plant, the simple and special process to recollect gold, gathering - roasting -leaching process was studied. Data on Laboratory test have shown tkat the leacking rate of gold from the roasted residue will exceed 90. 2% while the gathering products have been roasted for 24h at 800℃, therefore the gold loaded in the waste activated carbon can be recovered effectivedly.
