在微通道反应器中合成2-乙基-2-苯基-3-溴-3-丁烯醛

Synthesis of 2-ethyl-2-phenyl-3-bromo-3-butenal in glass microchannel reactor.

摘要 在微通道反应器中进行了1-苯基-2-乙基-2,3-丁二烯醇和溴合成2-乙基-2-苯基-3-溴-3-丁烯醛的反应.测定了不同流速和反应时间对反应产率的影响.反应速度比常规的玻璃容器中有明显提高,并具有反应物的用量少,对环境的污染轻等优点.实验结果表明,微通道反应器在有机合成领域有广泛的应用前景. The reaction for synthesis of 2-ethyl-2-phenyl-3-bromo-3-butenal from 1-phenyl -2-ethyl-2,3- butadienol and Br2 was carried out in glass microchannel reactor. The effect of flow rate and reaction time on yield carried in microfluidic chip was determined. The reaction was found to be more efficient than that in a round-bottomed flask with vigorous sterring. The demonstrated advantages of organic synthesis in microfluidic chip include faster reaction rate, less consumption of reactants and labor, and less contamination to environment, which proves microfluidic chip to be a powerful tool for synthetic application.
