摘要
采用密闭试管消解水样,用分光光度法比色测定COD,并将有机碳转化为二氧化碳,利用三乙醇胺(TEA)吸收CO2以pH计间接测定DOC,应用该方法测定了印染废水、医疗废水、地表水、葡萄糖水溶液等4种样品的COD和DOC,结果表明该方法具有良好的重现性(RSD〈10%)和较高的回收率(95%~107%),且与标准方法测定的结果一致.
A closed reflux spectrophotometric method was used to determine chemical oxygen demand (COD). The TEA solution was employed to absorb CO2 produced from organic matter. And its intensity caused by CO2 was proportional to dissolved organic carbon (DOC) value, which was potentiometrically determined. The method showed good precision (RSD〈 10% ) and high recovery (95%- 107 % ) to determine four categories of samples such as dyestuff wastewater, medical wastewater, surface water and glucose solution. The results obtained by the method have good agreement to that obtained by standard method.
