攀网法与翻正反射法测定肌松药ED_(50)的比较

A comparative study on the use of traction test and righting reflex test for measuring the ED_(50) of muscle relaxant

目的对攀网法与翻正反射法测定肌松药在小鼠的半数有效量(ED50)进行比较。方法分别用攀网法与翻正反射法测定小鼠不同肌松药的ED50。结果攀网法测定肌松药ED50与翻正反射法测定肌松药ED50的差异无显著性(P>0.05)。翻正反射法还可同时测定肌松药的LD50、潜伏期以及持续期等。结论翻正反射法可以替代攀网法测定肌松药的ED50,且效果更好。

Objective To compare the values of muscle relaxant ED50 determined by using traction test and righting reflex test. Methods Kunming mice were set to take traction test and righting reflex test individually to determine the ED50 of the muscle relaxant vercuronium. Results There was no evident difference between the values of muscle relaxant ED50 obtained in the two tests （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. At the same time, the LD50 and the latency and duration of muscle relaxation could also be revealed in the righting reflex test. Conclusion The righting reflex test can take place of the traction test for the determination of LD50, playing even better than the latter.
