摘要
目的观察人参皂甙(Ginsenosides,Gs)对体外培养的成年大鼠心肌细胞收缩功能的影响。方法采用体外培养的成年大鼠心肌细胞,观察不同浓度的Gs(12.5、25、50、100、200mg/L)对心肌细胞收缩功能的影响。结果与正常对照组比较,加入不同浓度的Gs干预的各组,随着Gs浓度升高,心肌细胞收缩功能明显降低(P<0.01)。结论25mg/L以上浓度Gs能降低正常成年大鼠心肌细胞的收缩幅度。
Objective To investigate the effect of Ginsenosides (Gs) on cardiac contraction in adult rat ventricular myocytes. Methods Cultured cardiomyocytes from adult rat were used in the study, with the cardiomyocytes cultured with five different concentrations of Gs( 12.5, 25, 50, 100 and 200 mg/L)separately. The contraction was recorded in terms of amplitude. Results Compared with control group, Gs significantly decreased the contraction amplitude of myocytes as the concentration of Gs was increased( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Gs of concenation over 25 mg/L can decrease cardiac contraction in adult rat ventricular myocytes.
