干燥综合征患者唇腺黏膜淋巴细胞Th1/Th2和Fas/FasL表达的相关性研究 被引量:13

摘要 目的探讨γ型干扰素(IFN-γ)、白细胞介素4(IL-4)、Fas/FasL在干燥综合征(SS)患者唇腺组织中的表达及其与唇腺组织中淋巴细胞浸润的关系。方法免疫组化检测SS患者唇腺组织中IFN-γ、IL-4、Fas和FasL的表达,以苏木精-伊红染色检测唇腺组织中淋巴细胞浸润情况,分析SS患者中IFN-γ/IL-4和Fas/FasL的表达与淋巴细胞浸润情况的关系。结果SS患者IFN-γ/IL-4和Fas/FasL均高于正常对照,并且与唇腺组织中淋巴细胞浸润程度相关。结论IFN-γ/IL-4和Fas/FasL升高可能在SS唇腺组织的破坏及SS发病过程中起重要作用。 Objective To investigate the expression of interferon -γ( IFN - γ), interlukin - 4 ( IL - 4) and Fas/FasL in the labial salivary gland of patients with Sjoegren's syndrome (SS) and its relationship with the infiltration of lymphocytes in the gland. Methods The expressions of IFN - γ, IL - 4, Fas and FasL were examined by immunohistochemistry. HE labeling method was used to examine the infiltration of lymphocytes in salivary gland. Results The IFN -γ/IL- 4 and Fas/FasL ratios in SS patients were higher than that in the normal control, and were correlated with the lymphocytic infiltration in salivary gland. Conclusion The elevation of IFN -γ/IL - 4 and Fas/FasL ratios in labial salivary gland in patients with SS are related to the infiltration of lymphocytes, playing an important role in the process of glandular destruction and in the pathogenesis of SS.
