摘要
采用超声波辐射与相转移催化联用技术,4-甲基苯氧乙酰氯(4)和硫氰酸铵反应得到中间体芳氧乙酰基异硫氰酸酯5,不经分离直接与芳氨基乙酰肼2反应,一锅法制得了7个新的2,5-二取代-1,3,4-噻二唑7a~7g和9个新的N-取代二酰肼8a~8i,并利用IR,~1H NMR,^(13)C NMR,MS谱和元素分析对其结构进行了表征.
A one-pot synthesis of 2,5-disubstituted-1,3,4-thiadiazoles 7a-7g and N-substituted dihydrazides 8a-8i was performed by the reaction of 4-methyl phenoxyacetyl chloride 4 with ammonium thiocyanate under ultrasonic irradiation and solid-liquid phase transfer catalysis, and subsequent irradiation in the presence of N-arylglycine hydrazides 2. The structures of the new compounds were characterized by IR, ^1H NMR, ^13C NMR, MS spectra and elemental analysis.
