摘要
用5-烷基-4-氨基-2,4-二氢-1,2,4-三唑-3-硫酮与取代芳醛在酸催化下反应合成了7个席夫碱,化合物结构用^(1)H NMR,IR和元素分析进行了表征,对植物病原菌的生物活性测试表明它们具有较好的生物活性.
Seven Schiff bases have been prepared by an acid catalyzed condensation of 5-alkyl-4-amino- 2,4-dihydro-1,2,4-triazole-3-thione with substituted aromatic aldehydes, the structures of which have been confirmed by ^1H NMR, IR spectra and elemental analysis. Their biological activities to several vegetable pathogens have been tested, showing that they exhibited good fungicidal activities.
