皖棉25高产栽培二次回归正交旋转试验研究

摘要 以安徽省大面积推广的优质杂交棉组合"皖棉25"(F1)为对象,采用3因素(密度、氮肥、缩节胺)5水平2次回归正交旋转试验优化设计。结果表明:每公顷总桃以N 286.5、D 40 500、DPC 144组合为最多,单铃重以N 180、D 20 385、DPC 90为最高,衣分以N 0、D 33 000、DPC 90组合为最高。在长江棉区以N 286.5、D 40 500、DPC 144组合的栽培模式最为合适。 Hybrid cotton combination "Wan mian 25" was utilized as an object, the quadric regression orthogonal notation optimization design was conducted with three factors (density Nitrogenfertilizer peptide) each with five levels. It was indicated by the results that: the maximum total boll mumbers per mu well attributed to the combinations N286.5, D40500, DPC144; the hingest lint percentages to combinations No. D33000, DPC90. From the comprehensive point of view on yielding factors, at Yangtze River Cotton Growing Region, the cultivation models of the combinations N286.5, D40500, DPC144were the most optimum.
