摘要 用中性电解液进行脉冲电化学表面光整加工可获得良好的表面质量。电流密度、电解液浓度、阴阳极间隙、电解液流速、工件材料、加工时间等工艺参量对加工表面质量都有很大的影响。本文研究了不锈钢、碳素结构钢和碳素工具钢等工件材料在不同电流密度下的加工表面质量,分析了不同材料成分对加工表面质量的影响,找出了最佳加工工艺参量。 Top-quality surfaces can be obtained by means of pulse electrochemical finishing (PECF) in neutral electrolyte. Some experimental parameters such as electrolyte concentration, electric current density, electrolyte flow rate, inter-electrode gap, machining time and chemical composition of workpiece exert an influence on surface quality. The effect of current density and chemical composition of workpiece on surface quality was analyzed based on the experiments. The optimal parameters were determined.
