Generation and Control of Metal Cutting Fluid Mist

摘要 在机械加工过程中,金属切削液的使用会产生大量油雾,严重危害到工人的健康,因此控制车间油雾浓度,减少油雾的产生,具有重要意义。本文简述了金属切削液油雾产生的机理、危害及其控制方法,为正确制定和实施绿色机械加工工艺,提供了理论和工程依据。 A large number oil mist shall be generated for the metal cutting fluid during machining operation, it is harmful for the workers. The generation mechanism of oil mist, its harm and the control strategies were discussed. It provides theory and engineering bases for implementation of the green manufacturing.
