摘要
介绍了YX-CK168型中间驱动双头数控车床的加工工艺、机床结构、主要技术参数、数控系统的选用及采用的关键技术,并简要分析了技术经济效益。
YX- CK168 two-headed CNC lathe with intermediate driving was designed. The determination of machining technics, the design of the structure of lathe, the selection of main technique parameters and NC control system and the used key techniques were introduced. The technical and economic benefits by using the designed lathe were analyzed.
