摘要 随着我国制造业的大力发展,数控设备在各行各业的应用越来越广泛,而对于数控设备的合理维修时机的确定往往是一个难题。本文介绍了设备预防维修方式的选择、预防维修模型及预防维修决策,探讨了预防维修的优化建模过程,并对数控设备维修运用预防维修优化模型进行了实例研究。 With the quickly development of manufacture in our country', the use of numerical control equipment is more and more widely. However, it is very difficult to determine the reasonable maintenance interval for numerical control equipments. The process of preventive maintenance optimization modeling was analyzed from the choice of preventive maintenance policies, preventive maintenance model, and the preventive maintenance decision. A case on the preventive maintenance optimization model of numerical control equipment was studied.
