摘要
为了检验市场上销售的活性乳酸菌饮品是否达到国家规定的活菌标准,对从超市随机购买的14种不同品牌的活性乳酸菌饮品进行了活菌质量检查,包括活菌计数和种类鉴定两个方面。结果显示:被检测的14种活性乳酸菌饮品的活菌数量均达到了规定的活菌含量标准;所含菌种经生化鉴定与产品标注菌种一致,说明正规超市中流通的活性乳酸菌饮品质量是合格的,消费者可以放心饮用。
The quality of 14 different brands of lactic acid fermented beverages purchased at random from supermarkets were examined to see whether they were up to the national standards in colony counting and type identification. The results showed that the amounts of Lactobacillus in all the beverages reached more than 20 million per milliliter, which measured up to the standard of Lactobacillus content in lactic acid fermented beverages. Lactobacillus isolated from the fermented beverages was determined to be in line with the standard strains in the specification by the identification of biochemical indexes. In a word, all the examined lactic acid fermented beverages on sale were safe to consume.
