食管癌中HER4与转移相关蛋白CD44v6、血管内皮生长因子的相关性

Expression of HER4 in esophageal carcinoma and its relationship with metastasis-related proteins-CD44v6 and vascular endothelial growth factor

目的探讨HER4在食管癌组织中的表达及与转移相关蛋白CD44v6和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)之间的关系。方法应用免疫组化方法检测45例食管癌组织标本中HER4、CD44v6和VEGF的表达,采用统计学方法分析HER4阳性表达与后两者阳性表达之间的关系。结果HER4、CD44v6和VEGF在食管癌组织中的阳性表达率分别为73.3%、68.9%和62.2%;HER4的阳性表达与肿瘤TNM分期和淋巴结转移有关(P<0.01),而与组织学分级关系无关(P>0.05);CD44v6和VEGF的阳性表达亦与肿瘤TNM分期和淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05),而与组织学分级无关(P>0.05);HER4的阳性表达与CD44v6的表达具有相关性(P<0.05),与VEGF的表达显著相关(P<0.01)。结论HER4、CD44v6和VEGF在食管癌中的阳性表达与肿瘤TNM分期和淋巴结转移有关;食管癌组织中HER4的阳性表达与CD44v6和VEGF的表达具相关性。

Objective To investigate the expression of HER4 in human esophageal carcinoma tissues, and its relationship with metastasis-related proteins-CD44v6 and vascular endothelial growth factor （VEGF）. Methods Immunohistochemical envision technique was applied to detect the expression of HER4, CD44v6 and VEGF in 45 specimens of esophageal carcinoma tissues. Results The positive rate of HER4, CD44v6 and VEGF expression was 73.3%, 68.9%,62.2% respectively;the expression of HER4 was correlated with TNM stage and lymph node metastasis（P〈0.01）, but not correlated with histological grade （P〈0.05） ; the expression of CD44v6 and VEGF was also correlated with TNM stage and lymph node metastasis（P〈0.05）, but not correlated with histological grade （P〈 0.05） either. Conclusions The expression of HER4, CD44v6 and VEGF was correlated with TNM stage and lymph node metastasis; the over-expression of HER4 in esophageal carcinoma tissues was correlated with the expression of CD44v6 and VEGF.
