农业保护是世界各国促进农业发展的普遍做法,但保护的力度应该适度。日本的农业保护政策未能完全实现保护的目的,反而陷入了保护的困境。我国目前处于工业反哺农业的历史阶段,实行适度农业保护并注重发挥农业的比较优势应是我国农业政策的取向。

Agricultural protection is the general practice to promote agricultural development in the world, but the protection intensity should be appropriate. Japan＇ s agricultural protection has not achieved the purpose of protection fully, but is plunged into the plight of agricultural protection. China is still in the historical stage of agriculture financed by industry, it is the correct choice of China＇ s agriculture policy to implement a moderate agricultural protection and make full use of the comparative advantages of agriculture.
