由三氯戊烯酮合成吡唑类化合物的研究(Ⅰ)

A study on synthesizing pyrazoles from 1,1,5 trichloropent 1 en 3 one(Ⅰ)

１，１，５－三氯－１－戊烯－３－酮（１）是一种杂环合成的活泼中间体。本研究选用有一定代表性的肼类试剂，研究了它们与１反应的成环条件。由１与芳肼反应合成了６种化合物（２～７），除７外都是新化合物。所有新化合物的结构经ＩＲ、ＭＳ、元素分析等手段证实。所合成化合物结构如下：
