摘要 报道了以间苯二酚、乙酰乙酸乙酯和D-半乳糖等基本化工原料合成酶-底物快速检测试剂4-甲基伞形酮-β-D-吡喃半乳糖甙(Mugal),总收率显著高于文献,产品的性状、纯度和使用效果都能与进口品媲美。 4 Methyl umbelliferone β D galactoside,an enzyme substrate rapid determination reagent was synthesized from the basic chemical materials resorcin,acetacetic ester and D galactose The total yield was obviously higher than that of the literature The product has the same quality,purity and effect in use as that of Sigma.
