摘要
通过对齐齐哈尔大学街舞课中学生运动损伤情况进行调查研究,对其运动损伤的特点及原因进行了分析,并具有针对性地提出预防损伤的综合措施,以期使街舞教学和训练更具有科学性.
A survey of sports injuries was conducted to hip-hoppers among Qiqihar University students and the characteristics and reasons of sports injuries are analysed. Comprehensive prevention measures for the injuries was proposed for the purpose of making the education and training of hip-hop dancing more scientific and further promoting the development and improvement of college students＇ hip-hop dancing level.
