摘要
采用一步法合成了４－（４′－氯苯甲酰氨基）安替比林（ＰＣＢＡＡＰ）、４－（２′－氯苯甲酰氨基）安替比林（ＯＣＢＡＡＰ）及未见报道的新化合物４－（邻苯二甲酰亚氨基）安替比林（ＰＩＡＰ）。通过溶解性实验、元素分析、ＵＶ、ＩＲ、ＭＳ、Ｘ－衍射分析，对其组成、结构、性质进行确定表征。
In this paper three antipyrine derivatives:4 (2′ chlorobenzoyl) aminoantipyrine(OCBAAP),4 (4′ chlorobenzoyl) aminoantipyrine(PCBAAP),phthalimidoantipyrine(PIAP),have been synthesized from corresponding aroyl chloride and aminoantipyrine.Their composition and structure have been characterized by means of elemental analysis,IR spectra,MS spectra,UV spectra and X ray powder diffraction.Their melting points and solubilities in some solvents have been determined.
