高低氧放疗对Ⅰ-Ⅲ期食管癌的疗效观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨高低氧放疗对Ⅰ-Ⅲ期食管癌的疗效及副反应。方法将66例Ⅰ-Ⅲ期食管癌随机分入试验组和对照组,2组分别采用高低氧放疗和单纯放疗。结果试验组和对照组的有效率分别为83.9%(26/31)和56.3%(18/32)(χ^2=5.7033,P=0.0169),1年生存率分别为74.2%(23/31)和53.1%(17/32)(χ^2=3.0153,P=0.0825)。2组的毒副反应差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论高低氧放疗能提高Ⅰ-Ⅲ期食管癌的近期疗效,毒副反应可耐受,并可预见能延长远期生存率。
