颅眶部侵袭性纤维瘤病一例报告

摘要 患者，女，32岁，因鼻根部塌陷伴头痛3月余以“颅眶沟通肿物：恶性骨肿瘤？”于2007年5月9日收入院。患者3月前无意中发现鼻根部塌陷，偶有头痛，不伴有其他症状，外院X-ray检查提示颅面骨溶骨性破坏，考虑颅骨恶性骨肿瘤，转来本院治疗。查体：鼻根部近前额正中略偏左颅骨凹陷缺损约3cm×4cm，无血管搏动，重压时感疼痛．无其它阳性体征。
