摘要
硅光电池的温度特性将关系到应用光电池的仪器设备的温度漂移,影响到测量稳定性及控制精度等主要指标。因此,对硅光电池温度特性的测量非常重要。如何运用基于单总线技术的温度传感器DS18B20测量其温度,并结合单片机控制技术,给出了一种自动化程度较高的光电池温度特性测量的设计方案,主要包括硬件设计和软件设计两部分。结果表明该方案切实可行,为实际应用提供了理论依据。
Temperature characteristic of the silicon photocell influences temperature drifting of the instrument which uses the silicon photocell, including the measurement stability, the control precision and so on. Therefore, it is very important to measure the temperature characteristic of the silicon photocell. DS18B20 is used to measure the temperature of silicon photocell based on single bus technology and single-chip computer control technology. A higher-degree automatil measurement method is proposed including hardware design and software design. The result shows that this scheme is feasible and provides theoretical basis for practical applications.
