摘要
针对适用于船体对接焊缝的超声自动波检测系统开展了设计研究,并着重论述了检测系统构成、工作原理、壁面爬行器的设计、焊缝缺陷的自动检测实现方法、系统控制软件的设计结构,并与手工超声检测进行了对比试验。
In this paper, we researched a method of design for the automatic ultrasonic inspection system of hull butt welding seam. And emphatically discussed the composition of the inspection system ,the performance of the system, the method of automatic inspection and software design of the system, and has carried on the contrast experiment with the handwork inspection.
