湖南省中学体育与健康课程人力资源开发的调查与分析

The Questionnaire and Analysis to the Human Resources Exploitation of Physical Education and Health in the Middle Schools in Hunan Province

在当今的课程改革中,人力资源作为课程资源的主要组成部分,对其进行全面、系统的开发和利用已经变的越来越重要.从人力资源在体育与健康课程中所包括的体育教师资源、学生资源以及校内外其它人力资源三个方面着手,对湖南省中学体育与健康课程人力资源的开发现状进行全面的调查与分析找出其存在的问题,力图为湖南省中学体育与健康课程人力资源开发提供些许参考依据.

In the current form of the reform of elementary education, as the main integrant of the curriculum resources, there is more and more importance to exploit and utilize the human resource completely and systematicly. Starry with three aspects of Physical Education teacher resources ,student resources and the human resources which are concluded in the physical education and health curriculum resources, we made a compehe investigatin and analysis to the current situation of exploitation of Physical Education and Health curriculum human resources in Hunan Province and find some prohlems. And we also give some reference on the exploitation of the human resources of Physical Education and Health in the Middle Schools in Hunan Province.
