Discuss about the Modern Distance Education and the Staff Construction of the Rural Teachers

教育现代化发展的新形势对农村教师提出了更高的要求,仅仅依靠传统的教育手段对教师进行师资培训远远不能满足现代教育的需要.本文针对农村师资建设现状,分析现代远程教育促进农村师资建设的重要意义,探讨如何利用现代远程教育使农村师资培训形成一种良性的循环机制.

The new situation of modern education＇s development puts forward a higher request for rural teacher currently, the traditional education means for the teachers＇training cant satisfy the modern educational demand any more. In this paper, based on the current situation of the construcation of rural teachers, we analyze the sigrifcance of the modern distant education in promoting the construction of rural teachers and discuss the ideas to utilize the modern distant education to form a positine circulating mechanism for the training of rural teachers.
