摘要
提前退休计划的顺利推行,是企业解决富余人员问题、劳动力结构不合理问题和改善自身人力资源素质等的有效途径.本文提出的提前退休计划中经济利益的计算模型及其在计划实施程序中的应用,可以帮助企业掌握提前退休计划中企业与职工的经济利益关系,经过协商给予职工适当的经济补偿,从而使提前退休计划得到双方都满意的结果.
おhe successful promotion of early retirement is an effective approach for firms to solve the problems such as excessive staff and unreasonable labour structure,and to improve their human resource quality. A quantitative economic calculating model applyed in early retirement programs and its procedure proposed in this paper can help firms to realize the economic relationships between corporations and their employees in early retirement processes,so that firms can negotiate finantial payoffs with employees and can further get satisfactory effects with each ofter from early retirement plans.
