摘要
三种唾液酸亚型5-乙酰神经氨酸(5AcNeu)、5,9-二乙酰神经氨酸(5,9AcNeu)和葡萄糖代神经氨酸(NeuGc)皆从小鼠肿瘤腹水中通过阴离子交换树脂法获得.葡萄糖代神经氨酸(2μg/ml)体外显示抗钙调蛋白活性,另两种亚型在10μg/ml浓度下仍不显示该生物活性.
umor malignancy and metastasis can bring about the increment of synthesis of sialic acids, especially glucolylneuraminic acids analogues (NeuGc). In this work, it is found that NeuGc(2μg/ml) can inhibit the calmodulin activated Ca++Mg++ ATPase activity (inhibitory rate was 20%), whereas the 5AcNeu or 5,9AcNeu at the concentration of 10 μg/ml shows no response. This shows that NeuGc might play a feed back role in tumors.
