摘要
在一维数组快速排序算法的基础上,给出了二维数组的快速排序算法。理论分析和大量的数值实验结果表明,其算法的平均计算时间仍然是O(nlog2n),一般所需的栈空间仍为O(log2n)。
On the basis of the quick sorting algorithm of one dimensional array,the quick sorting algorithm of two dimensional array was provided. Theoretical analysis and the results from a large number of experiments dealing with data showed that the average calculation time of the algorithm was O(n log 2n),and generally the required stack space was also O( log 2n), which was an effective and reliable quick sorting algorithm. from Stool Specimens of AFP Cases$$$$ Liu Mingtuan Wang Shusheng Zhu Tianfeng Xie Zhenguo Li Xiufang Wei Yizhi Yang Chunyi (Guangxi Health and Anti epidemic Center,Taoyuanlu,Nanning,Guangxi,530021) Abstract Viruses were isolated simultaneously from stool specimens of 46 AFP cases by L α,RD and Hep2 Cells,with positive rate 26 09%,60 87% and 43 48% respectively.A total of 3 strains of poliovirus Ⅰ, 2 strains of poliovirus Ⅱ,4 strains of poliovirus Ⅲ, 1 strain of poliovirus Ⅰ+Ⅱ, 1 strain of poliovirus Ⅰ+Ⅲ and 1 strain of poliovirus Ⅱ+non polio enterovirus were isolated from the specimens.The total isolation rate of poliovirus was 28 95% whereas the isolation rate of non polio enterovirus was 0%,36 96% and 23 91% respectively in the 3 kinds of cells.One strain of poliovirus Ⅲ and 3 strains of non polio enterovirus were re isolated by 22nd generation RD and Hep 2 cells simultaneously from specimens of high risk cases or clinical cases which were negative in the first isolation by 212th generation Hep 2 or RD cells.The application of L α cell can not only identify the type of poliovirus,but also distinguish poliovirus infection from non polio enterovirus infection.
