摘要
某炼油厂一方型烟道由于介质温度过高,造成衬里不断脱落,给安全生产带来了隐患。后经设计者反复调研考察,将衬里结构由原龟甲网加浇注料改造为耐火砖涂抹耐火浇注料,且在烟道顶部前后方向设计成三块"n"形耐火砖,耐火砖之间采用凸凹配合使烟气不能泄漏到烟道壳体。改造运行效果好。
The refractory lining in the flue gas duct of a refinery spalled due to the excessive temperature, which brought potential safety problem to the operation. After extensive study and analysis, the original casted hexagonal refractory lining was replaced with refractory firbrick lining, and "n" shape brick was installed at the top of the duct. In addition, the refractory firebrick were connected by male and female connection to ensure that the flue would not leak to the shell of the duct. The operation proves that the revamp is very successful.
