从年预计雷击次数分析立式钢制浮顶原油储罐的防雷及安全运行 被引量:3

摘要 借鉴《建筑物防雷设计规范》的相关规定对立式钢制浮顶原油储罐的年预计雷击次数进行计算,结合发生的雷击火灾事故和中国石油化工股份有限公司在江苏仪征召开的"大型储罐安全专题研讨会"讨论的内容,对储罐的安全运行进行分析。经计算,大型储罐、储罐在高液位时以及处在雷击大地密度大的地区的储罐,发生雷击的概率高,同时提出了雷雨天气时保证储罐安全运行的对策。 The annual predicted number of lightning stokes of vertical steel floating-roof crude oil tanks is calculated with reference to "Standard for Anti - lightning Design of Building and Structures". The safe reliable operation of the tanks is analyzed based upon the past experience of fire accidents caused by lightning and dedicated discussions on large storage tanks' safe operation held by SINOPEC. It is seen from the calculation that the large storage tanks, the tanks with high liquid level and tanks on land with greater lightning stroke ground intensity have greater possibility of being struck by lightning.
