介绍了九江分公司常减压蒸馏装置通过对各项能耗指标对比分析,找出差距,从日常操作管理着手,加强局部流程的技术改造,优化生产操作。2007年上半年的能耗指标由2006年的485.25MJ/t下降为441.29MJ/t,下降了9个百分点。
The energy consumption indexes of the atmospheric-vacuum distillation unit in SINOPEC Jiuiiang Company were analyzed and the difference of energy consumption with the advanced level were compared. Through strengthened local technical revamping and operation optimization, the energy consumption was reduced to 441.29 MJ/t in the 1st half of 2007 from 485.25 MJ/t in 2006.
