摘要 综述了国内外生物油分离研究的现状,对蒸馏、分级冷凝、溶剂分离、柱层析和离心分离等方法进行了评述,并介绍生生物油组分的化学用途。总结了生物油分离技术存在的主要问题,展望了生物油分离技术的发展方向,提出应重视分级冷凝法,因为分级冷凝法将能源利用与提取化工产品相结合,经济性最好。 Bio-oil,the liquid product obtained in fast pyrolysis process of biomass has been expected to be very promising in the future. It can be used not only as alternative fuel, but also as raw material for production of chemicals. From the view of two aspects of applications,pretreatment and separation of bio-oil are the pre-requisites. State of bio-oil separation process is reviewed including technologies of distillations, fractional condensation, solvent separation, column chromatography and centrifugal separation. Besides, fractions of bio-oil are analyzed according to their chemical applications to explore in depth their utilization value in energy and chemical industry. The main problems existing in bio-oil separation are summarized. Investigation trend of these technologies is presented. It is suggested that more efforts should be focused on fractional condensation, since energy utilization and chemical product separation can be integrated through this method and economical benefits can be maximized.
