摘要
借用"本位论"这一名词,旨在通过对人们的教育行为所秉承教育价值理念的分析引发对"实然教育目的"与"应然教育目的"之间差距的思考。研究是以义务教育阶段学校管理体制为对象,以其中的学校领导体制为视角,分析了学校领导者应使自己实际追求的教育目的趋向于教育的总目的,并逐步实现二者的融合与统一。
The term "sectionalism" is used in this paper to provoke people's reflection on the difference between "practical aim of education" and "aim of education" by analyzing education value conception embodied by education actions. This paper expounds that school leaders should direct their own education aim to the general aim of education, and thus realize the fusion and unification of the two.
