一次调频工况下汽温系统抗燃烧扰动能力分析 被引量:1

摘要 受参与一次调频和煤质波动的影响,大型机组汽温控制面临新的考验。通过对一台600 MW机组运行数据进行分析发现,汽温波动的主要因素来自于燃烧扰动。在机组多个负荷点下求取烟气扰动对汽温的传递函数并对其进行频域特性分析,发现对象呈带通滤波特性,并且燃烧扰动的主要频率分布在其通带内,因此采用单纯串级控制系统不能对其进行有效抑制。 Influenced by joining the primary frequency modulation and the coal quality variation, the new problems were faced to the large generating sets steam temperature control. Through the operating data analysis ofa 600MW load generating set, the major factors of steam temperature fluctuation was from the combustion disturbance. The transfer function of steam temperature calculated under several load were analyzed by means of frequency domain characteristics, and it was found the same as the band-pass filter characteristics. For the major frequency of combustion disturbance was within the pass band, so it was difficult for single cascade control system to effectively damp the combustion disturbance.
