Fe_(36)Co_(36)Nb_4Si_(4.8)B_(19.2)合金带巨磁阻抗效应研究

摘要 在Fe36Co36Nb4Si4.8B19.2非晶合金中发现明显巨磁阻抗效应,最大磁阻比达到35.9%,并利用直流电流退火对样品进行热处理.实验表明:电流密度为35 A/mm2时退火600 s灵敏度得到大幅提高,达到0.0067/(A.m-1);适当大小的张应力电流退火有效地提高了磁阻比幅度. The obvious giant megnetoimpendance (GMI) effect was found in bulk metallic glasses Fe36 Co36 Nb4 Si4.8 B19.2 amorphous ribbons, and the maximum magnetoimpendance ratio was 35.9%. After DC current annealing with electrical current density of 35 A/mm^2 the sensitivity reached 0. 006 7/( A · m^-1 ). The results showed that the method of current annealing under proper tensile stress was effective to improve magnetoimpendance ratio.
