鼻咽癌组织中环氧化酶2和血管内皮生长因子C的相关性 被引量:4

Expression and correlation of COX-2 and VEGF-C in nasopharyngeal carcinoma

摘要 目的探讨环氧化酶2(cyclooxygenase 2,COX-2)和血管内皮生长因子C(vascular endothelial growth factor C,VEGF-C)在鼻咽癌组织的表达及其相关性。方法应用免疫组织化学法检测45例鼻咽癌组织中COX-2和VEGF-C表达情况,并结合临床病理特征和随访资料进行分析。结果鼻咽癌组织中COX-2和VEGF-C表达的阳性率分别为68.9%(31/45)和53.3%(24/45),COX-2和VEGF-C之间表达有相关性(r=0.334,P<0.05),两者表达均与临床分期、颈淋巴结转移密切相关(P<0.05)。结论COX-2和VEGF-C在鼻咽癌组织中高表达并且呈正相关,两者在鼻咽癌的发生、发展及淋巴结转移中起重要作用,在鼻咽癌淋巴结转移中可能有协同效应。 OBJECTIVE To investigate vascular endothelial growth factor-C (VEGF-C) and cyclooxyegense-2(COX-2) expression in nasopharyngeal carcinoma. METHODS The expression of COX-2 and VEGF-C were stained respectively in nasopharyngeal carcinoma tissues of 45 patients using immunohistochemical method, and were analyzed with clinical data. RESULTS The positive expression rates of COX-2 and VEGF-C were 68.9 % and 53.3 % respectively in nasopharyngeal carcinoma tissue. The expression of COX-2 was positively correlated with VEGF-C (r=0.334, P〈0.05). The expression of both COX-2 and VEGF-C were correlated with clinical stage and lymph node metastasis(P〈0.05). CONCLUSION COX-2 and VEGF-C were highly expressed in nasopharyngeal carcinoma. The coexpression of COX-2 and VEGF-C may play an important role in the carcinogenesis and development of nasopharyngeal carcinoma, and they may promote lymph node metastasis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
