摘要
目的验证透明质酸钠沙门菌的检查方法。方法以2005年版中国药典沙门菌检查方法为依据,验证透明质酸钠的沙门菌检查。结果阴性菌对照组未检出金黄色葡萄球菌,试验组检出沙门菌。结论10g透明质酸钠溶入250mL加有30000U透明质酸酶的营养肉汤中进行沙门菌检查是可行的。
Objective To validate the examination method of salmonella for sodium hyaluronate（HA）. Methods The methods of salmonella examination for sodium hyaluronate was validated according to the methods in Ch. P2005. Results Staphylococcus aureus was detected in the negative control group, while it was no found in the treatment group. Conclusion The method of salmonella examination, which is to into 250ml nutrient broth medium containing 30000u hyaluronidase, is feasible.
