摘要
目的采用高效液相色谱法测定避蚊衣中氯菊酯的含量。方法用C18色谱柱,以甲醇-水(95:5)为流动相,检测波长为225nm,采用外标多点校正法测定避蚊衣中氯菊酯的含量。结果氯菊酯浓度在0.1~2.5mg/mL浓度范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率99.33%,RSD0.49%。结论此方法操作简便,精密度和准确度较高,可作为检测摫芪美鄶衣物中氯菊酯含量较为理想的方法。
Objective To determine the content of permethrin in anti-mosquito clothes by HPLC. Methods Permethrin in anti-mosquito clothes was dissolved with methanol. The determination was performed on Dikma Diamonsil C18 Column(5 μm250mm × 4.6mm). The detection wavelength was 240nm. The mobile phase was methanol-water (95:5). The quantitative results were obtained using external standard calibration curves. Results The linear range of the method was from 0.1 to 2.5 mg/mL for permethrin. The average recovery was 99.33% with RSD 0.49%. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate, reproducible and suitable for the determination of permethrin in anti-mosquito clothes.
