滇西缅北旅游区的发展前景及初步构想

Development Prospect and Preliminary Outline on the Development of Tourist Region in West Yunnan-North Burma

在大湄公河次区域旅游合作框架下提出的滇西缅北旅游区包含了中国云南西部的保山市、德宏州全境和缅甸北部克钦邦的全部。以中国出境旅游市场、南亚旅游市场、其他国际旅游市场三大圈域市场为目标,旅游区可以发展成为一个区域性的热点目的地,这对推动大湄公河次区域旅游合作深入发展和孟中印缅旅游圈建设会有积极的意义,对促进本区域发展、消除贫困会有重大影响。目前必须以合作为基础,分阶段推进相关的基础建设、产品开发、政策配套等的建设,加快旅游区发展。

West Yunnan - North Burma tourist region is a proposed strategic project in the Great Mekong Subregion （GMS） tourist cooperation and development strategy. The tourist region including Baoshan, Dehong of Yunnan and Kachin State Burma is potential in tourist industrial development. It is a hot tourist area of outboard tourist market of China, and the tourist market for south Asia and the world. It has significant meanings to push the development of the areas in Yunnan and Burma. The paper discusses the possibility and development direction of the area in tourist operation and development.
