摘要
介绍了大型旋转机械状态监测与故障预报系统的结构、功能和关键技术。该系统已成功地应用于油田注水站工业现场，能对大型旋转机组的机械动态特性及温度、压力、流量、液位、电量、润滑油等进行在线实时状态监测和故障预报。系统采用人工智能、专家系统对工作机组进行故障分析、故障追记、故障诊断。
In 1990 some famous German CNC producers and instituts established the SERCOS Association. It aims to make a data exchang protocol between CNC controller and digital drive, Serial Real Time Communication Specification. This protocol has been accepted by most German and European CNC and drive producers and proposed as the new German and international standard.
