Survivin、Ki67在子宫内膜癌中的表达及其临床意义

Expressions of survivin and Ki67 in endometrial carcinoma and their clinical significances

目的通过检测Survivin、Ki67在子宫内膜癌中的表达,探讨其与组织增殖与凋亡的关系及二者的相关性。方法应用免疫组织化学SP法检测Survivin、Ki67蛋白在54例子宫内膜癌组织中及20例正常子宫内膜组织的表达。结果①子宫内膜癌中Survivin、Ki67表达显著高于正常子宫内膜组织,χ2=31.756、29.902,均P<0.01;②Survivin表达与年龄显著相关,χ2=17.150,P<0.01,与手术—病理分期、淋巴结转移有关,χ2=4.052、4.339,P<0.05,但与细胞分级无明显相关性,χ2=0.414,P>0.05。Ki67表达与细胞分级显著相关,χ2=9.071,P<0.01,与手术—病理分期、淋巴结转移有关,χ2=5.032、4.408,P<0.05,与年龄无相关性,χ2=1.388,P>0.05;③子宫内膜癌组织中Survivin表达与Ki67表达显著正相关r=0.607,P<0.01。结论Survivin、Ki67异常表达与子宫内膜癌显著相关,子宫内膜癌的发生、发展与凋亡抑制和增殖能力增强有关。

Objective To investigate expressions of survivin and Ki67 in human endometfial carcinoma and to explore relationship of them with proliferation and apoptosis of cells and their mutual relationship. Methods Using streptavidin-biotin peroxidase （SP） method of immunohistochemistry, expressions of survivin and Ki67 of 20 cases of normal endometfia and 54 cases of endometrial carcinoma tissues were detected. Results ①The expression rates of survivin and Ki67 in endometfial carcinoma tissues （77.8%, 42/54; 83.3% , 45/54） were significantly higher than those in normal endometfial tissues （5%, 1/20; 15%, 3/20） （x^2 = 31. 756, 29.902, respectively, both P 〈0.01 ） ; ②The expression of survivin was associated significantly with age of the patient（x^2 = 17. 150, P 〈0.01 ）, surgical-pathologic stage and lymphatic metastasis （x^2 = 4.052, 4.339, respectively, both P 〈 0.05 ）, while it was not significantly associated with histological grading （ P 〉 0.05 ）. The expression of Ki67 was related significantly to histological grading of the tumor （x^2 = 9. 071, P 〈 0.01 ）, and was associated with surgical-pathologic stage and lymphatic metastasis （x^2 = 5. 032, 4.408, both P 〈 0.05 ）, while it was not associated with age of the patient （x^2 = 1. 388, P 〉 0.05 ） ; ③The expression of survivin was positively correlated with expression of Ki67 （r = 0. 607, P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The abnormal expressions of surviving and Ki67 are significantly correlated with endometrial carcinoma. The occurrence and development of endometrial carcinoma may be related with inhibited apoptosis and enhanced proliferation of the cells.
